Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Deck, Bartender, and Waitstaff to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and oversee guest seating arrangements efficiently
- Prepare, serve, and garnish beverages with precision using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Take food and drink orders accurately while providing detailed menu recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Ensure all food safety and food handling standards are maintained throughout service
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and front deck to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed to support diverse hospitality functions
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while delivering prompt service
- Upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures consistently
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws and safety standards
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and hospitality operations
- Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
