Front Design Sales Executive - Night shift (9pm-6am)

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: Base + Commission (Target: $3,000 – $4,000 USD/month)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Front Design Sales Executive to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting leads into loyal customers by understanding their design requirements, providing solutions, and closing sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients looking for professional design services, so strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a good aesthetic sense are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads via chat, email, and calls during night hours.
• Understand client needs related to design (logos, branding, web design, etc.).
• Present appropriate design solutions based on the client’s business and budget.
• Maintain an excellent conversion rate by building trust and rapport with clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets ($3,000–$4,000 USD).
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain CRM records of all interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in design, digital, or creative services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of design services (logo, branding, UI/UX, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Basic understanding of design platforms/tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred due to team requirements.
