Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and work part-time. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Collaborate with manager and other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of office management software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and transcribe information as needed
- Familiarity with filing systems and computerized databases
