As a Customer Service team member, you’ll be on the front lines, managing multiple phone lines, assisting families, and creating lasting impressions every day.

You’ll need top-notch customer service and sales skills to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and in-person interactions while keeping everything organized and professional.

You’ll build relationships with families through personal attention during student check-ins, relaying account messages, giving tours, and answering questions. You’ll also work closely with fellow staff, staying calm, focused, and efficient during busy periods at the front desk.

We’re looking for someone warm, welcoming, highly organized, dependable, and proactive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. During your shifts, you’ll report to the Office Manager or Admin Manager and support the team wherever needed.
