Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly during your shift.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on guest services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse guests.
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel management systems is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
