*Job Post: Front Desk & Accounts Assistant*

*About the Role*
We’re looking for a reliable female *Front Desk & Accounts Assistant* to be the first face of our office and keep our day-to-day finances organized.
This is a great role for someone starting their career who is organized, polite, and eager to learn. Basic accounting work only — we’ll train you on our tools.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Front Desk & Client Greeting*: Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, handle courier, and maintain reception area
2. *Basic Accounts*: Record daily invoices, track office expenses & subscriptions, maintain simple ledgers in Excel/Google Sheets
3. *Admin Support*: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, assist HR with filing and documentation
4. * Reporting*: Share basic expense & invoice summary with management
*Requirements*
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
- Good spoken Urdu & basic English for client greeting
- MS Excel / Google Sheets basics — formulas like SUM, basic tables
- Organized, trustworthy, and good with people
- Females preferably
*Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)*
- Familiarity with Chart of Accounts or any accounting software like QuickBooks, Wave
- Prior experience in reception or admin role
