Front Desk Admin/ Receptionist

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a responsible and professional Front Desk/Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also assisting with inventory management, basic accounting, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Communication
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Inventory & Office Management
  • Keep record of office supplies, medical/administrative inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain proper logs of received and issued items.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, tidiness, and a professional environment at all times.

Accounting & Record Keeping

  • Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., data entry, expense tracking).

Administrative Support

  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR, Admin, and Accounts teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Level; Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration preferred.

Experience: 1–2 years in receptionist, office assistant, or admin/accounts support role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/ERP software will be an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Reports To: Admin/HR/Accounts Manager
