Front Desk Administrative Assistant (Centennial, CO)
Position is up to 30 hours per week
Pay: $22-$26 per hour DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the organization, creating a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and callers. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing broad administrative support across the organization. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant role requires the ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with discretion, professionalism, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in office administrative support.
- High school diploma or GED required; college certification preferred.
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- General knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, computers, etc.
- Demonstrated clerical skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to speak, write, and read the English language.
- Pleasant and personable demeanor as front-facing company representative.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sit at the front desk; greet and direct visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls and maintain contact lists.
- Distribute mail and maintain lobby and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate meetings and trainings (including conference room set up and catering).
- Serve as liaison for all office vendors (soda, office supplies, printer maintenance, building maintenance, cleaners, etc.)
- Plan and execute company events and gatherings (potlucks, retirement parties, summer events, corporate functions).
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and training programs.
- Maintain office and breakroom supply inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies, including business cards.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Compile and review information for accuracy.
- Checks and responds to all company communications on all scheduled workdays, including voice mail, emails, and text messages. Make sure that old voicemails are cleared regularly so that the mailbox continues to be accessible.
- Complies with all applicable Company safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Able to sit and work at computer keyboard for extended period.
- Able to lift and move 25 pounds on occasion.
- Requires extensive travel by automobile within territory or to branch offices. May require occasional travel by air.
- Maintain regular and on-time attendance. Hours may exceed 30 hours per week. Able to work weekends, holidays, and able to respond to calls as needed to fulfill business objectives.
- The employee may be required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch, and work in close quarters.
- Employee may be exposed to extreme weather conditions, warehouse environments, or production/manufacturing locations.
