Front Desk Agent

The Inn at Green Pastures is hiring!

We are seeking poised, efficient, elevated service-driven people to join our team for The Inn at Green Pastures.

Jobs available:

• Morning and evening front desk attendants :: previous hotel experience required, OPERA experience required

Expectations:

• Deliver attentive and informed service to each guest to create a warm, welcoming environment
• Own a professional demeanor with a kind, approachable attitude
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with guest inquiries
• Resolve any guest issues or complaints with a calm, focused efficiency
• Maintain indoor and exterior property cleanliness
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

• Position specific
• Previous hotel/hospitality experience required
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environmen
