Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, process modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision.
  • Assist with night audit duties, reconciling daily financial transactions and ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience while upselling where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline front desk operations.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or via email.
  • Experience with night audit procedures, guest relations, and resort or hotel environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
