As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our esteemed establishment. You’ll warmly welcome guests with a genuine smile, ensuring their stay is nothing short of remarkable. Your role is pivotal in crafting unique memories and building lasting relationships with our valued guests.

Your Essential Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette, aiming to exceed department and property goals.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with precision, including folios, invoicing, and billing.
  • Innovate and solve guest-related challenges, always striving to surpass expectations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with department leaders and associates to personalize the guest experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and local surroundings to assist guests effectively.
  • Assist the General Manager in executing key projects and initiatives to support overall property performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting the property across various platforms.
  • Handle sales and reservations over the telephone and in-person.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel front desk.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Strong sales background.
Physical Requirements:

This role involves standing and walking for much of the day, with the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Regular tasks include bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
