Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist in managing online reviews and guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest relations.
• A background in hospitality management or resort operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
