Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate reservation records, process cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently
• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
• Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, local recommendations, and coordinating transportation or amenities
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, confidentiality, and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for guest interactions
• Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
