We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers with reservations, inquiries, or directions
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports as needed
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficient phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is advantageous
  • Experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and tact
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
