We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions following proper procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Hospitality management or related certification is desirable
