Front Desk Agent

Your Role

• Guest Service: Provide courteous service, handle concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Operations: Manage check-ins, process payments/cash handling, and answer phones.
• Communication: Liaison between departments and management regarding guest needs.
• Safety/Productivity: Maintain safety protocols, support team members, and keep a positive environment.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Prior experience in public-facing service preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
  
  

Salary: $16.30 - $16.80 per hour
