Job Description:

Check guests in and out efficiently

Minimum of 2yrs experience in 4/5 star hotel.

Provide excellent customer service and guest experience

Handle phone calls (PBX/phone operator duties)

Answer guest inquiries (billing/folio, room rates, hotel services)

Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints

Assist with luggage when needed

Promote upgrades and upsell hotel services

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Support team members and ensure smooth front desk operations
