Responsibilities

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring each caller feels valued and understood
- Support client services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved service delivery
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling and call center operations preferred
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting customer data and feedback

- Typing speed that supports quick data entry without errors
