Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services and gather information
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and helpful assistance
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring each caller feels valued and understood
• Support client services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved service delivery

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
• Experience with outbound calling and call center operations preferred
• Excellent analysis skills for interpreting customer data and feedback
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Typing speed that supports quick data entry without errors
