Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns, resolving issues with a friendly and proactive approach
• Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse range of guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in this role
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
