We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. As a Front Desk Agent, you will manage front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, efficient administrative support, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle all front desk duties including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services or policies
- Maintain organized files, data entry records, and manage office supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Utilize computer skills to update calendars, prepare correspondence, proofread documents, and support administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Support office management activities such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained during all interactions and support other clerical or administrative duties as assigned
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven customer service background with excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and basic office management tools
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse clientele
- Experience working as a receptionist in medical or dental offices or as a personal assistant is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation and calendar management
- Strong typing skills combined with time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as proofreading, data entry, and record keeping enhances overall performance

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
