Job Description

Join Casa Rialto as a Front Desk Agent, where you will serve as the first impression and lasting connection for our guests. This role is integral to shaping the guest experience—delivering intuitive, gracious, and detail-driven service from arrival through departure.

  • Warmly welcome guests with poise and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and elevated check-in and check-out experience
  • Serve as a knowledgeable guide to the property, offering thoughtful recommendations on hotel amenities, local experiences, and Andiamo, our signature restaurant and bar
  • Manage reservations and guest profiles with precision, ensuring all preferences, special requests, and VIP notes are communicated clearly across departments
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns with efficiency, care, and a solutions-driven mindset
  • Accurately process payments and maintain financial integrity in all transactions
  • Act as the central hub of communication between guests and internal teams, ensuring a cohesive and personalized stay
  • Maintain detailed guest records to support a highly tailored and memorable experience

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a luxury, boutique, or guest-facing hospitality role preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to create genuine connections
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Mews, or similar platforms preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) for daily communication and operational tasks
  • A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creating meaningful guest experiences

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
