Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers the opportunity to create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude, providing a welcoming atmosphere at all times
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls courteously, and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details
  • Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting readiness
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster positive interactions

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • A background in guest services or hotel experience that demonstrates excellent communication and organizational abilities
