Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our busy timeshare resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and owners, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Your professional approach will help create a positive first impression for visitors and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, owners, visitors, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries and if needed, direct calls courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to take payments and process accurately
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • Basic computer and reservation system knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Previous timeshare resort experience a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
