Essential Duties Include:

  • Process guest check in/out
  • Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
  • Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed
  • Assist other team members in various assignments.
  • Maintain and clean the lobby and public spaces as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to meet a flexible schedule
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Must have sound judgment and discretionary skills
  • Must be proficient in the use of common Windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc.
  • Display very good organization and time management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities

Looking for:

7am-3am and 3pm-11pm shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
