Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Manage room reservations and update booking systems.

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.

Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
