Front Desk Associate — Part-Time

Are you looking for a job that's anything but boring? We're a smaller, close-knit business in the business of FUN — and we're looking for an outgoing, quick-thinking, tech-savvy team member to join us as a Front Desk Associate.

The entire guest experience starts with YOU. As our Front Desk Associate, you're the first face our guests see and the one who sets the tone for their whole visit. It's more than just a friendly hello — you'll be assisting and monitoring guests, ringing up sales, making drinks and pouring beer for our customers, handling basic ball-return calls when the bowling machines act up, promoting daily specials, helping run events, and leading by example to keep our team environment upbeat and welcoming. Since we're a small team, you'll also be cross-trained at Mario's, so no two days will look the same!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering awesome, memorable customer service
• Cash handling and ringing sales
• Hosting parties and events
• Cooking, serving, bartending, dishes & clean-up
• Basic troubleshooting on our bowling equipment
• Computer work and other day-to-day tasks
• Promoting specials and creating a fun atmosphere
• A little bit of everything — we're all hands on deck here!

What We're Looking For:

• An awesome personality and a genuine love of great customer service
• Someone who can count, use a computer, and pick things up quickly
• Serving experience is a plus — we'll teach you the rest!
• No bartending experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person.
• Great communication skills — a must for this role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Willing to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
• Availability for 10–30 hours per week

Required Upon Hire:

• WA State Food Handler's Card
• WA State Class 12 Mixologist Permit
