Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the telephone, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
* Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking detailed messages.
* Respond to all email and website enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
* Schedule client consultations and project appointments, coordinating with our project management and sales teams.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
* Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
* Provide administrative support to other departments as required to ensure smooth office operations.
* Assist clients by providing information about our interior and exterior painting services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* A proactive and positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
* A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in office administration are a plus.
* Experience within the construction or trade services industry is desirable but not essential.
