Front Desk Agent Afternoon and Overnight Shifts: Walk-in interviews fr 11 AM to 2 PM

Open Interviews Available this week and next. Walk-in interviews at Hotel Palmeras from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

This hotel specializes in developing staff for future roles. We are currently in need of Front Desk Agents but are looking for individuals who want to move up and grow their careers in hospitality. This is just the start of your future hotel career.

We take cleanliness and customer care very seriously and it is our goal to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will maintain and strengthen our reputation. The primary function of this position is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for customer service. Weekend and Holiday availability are required for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Comply with Company Standards of Service.
  • Project a favorable image to the public at all times.
  • Treat guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times. A complete uniform (or business dress for non-uniformed associates) must be worn at all times in public areas, including name tag.
  • Develop and maintain productive interpersonal relationships and the ability to relate well with a wide variety of individuals, many of whom will require patience and tolerance.
  • Know and follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Assist colleagues when their own workstation is completed.
  • Properly using all cleaning fluids and supplies.
  • Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper/Executive Housekeeper/General Manager.
  • Performing all work assigned by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper/ Executive Housekeeper/General Manager.
  • Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
