Front Desk Agent / Bartender / Shuttle Driver

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused team member to join our hotel team in a dynamic dual-role position. This role combines front desk service, bartending, and scheduled shuttle driving to provide an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure (and occasionally to the wedding venue and back again).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Front Desk (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shifts):
• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and efficiency
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and service requests
• Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere and resolve guest concerns
• Bartender (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts):
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with TABC guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area
• Provide friendly and engaging service to guests
• Shuttle Driver (Scheduled Routes Only):
• Drive hotel shuttle for pre-scheduled trips within a 10-mile radius
• Primarily weddings on weekends and corporate clients during the week
• Ensure guest safety and provide courteous transportation service

Additional Shift Opportunities:

• Occasional coverage may be available for:
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shifts
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and current Vehicle Insurance (required)
• TABC Certification (required)
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
