Front Desk Agent (Full Time)

We are looking for a professional, service-driven Front Desk Agent who understands that hospitality is more than a transaction — it’s about creating comfort, confidence, and memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Service

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Promote upselling opportunities and loyalty enrollment
  • Address guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving
  • Personalize service by anticipating guest needs

Financial & Operational Duties

  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain guest data privacy and brand compliance
  • Manage room assignments and key distribution
  • Uphold confidentiality of financial and guest records

Technology & Systems

  • Use Canary Technologies for digital check-in and authorizations
  • Communicate via Quore and other internal systems
  • Follow WorkEasy scheduling and timekeeping protocols
  • Maintain accuracy in attendance and reporting

Professional Standards

  • Maintain full uniform compliance with visible name tag
  • Present a clean, professional appearance at all times
  • No smoking or vaping during work hours or inside the building
  • Represent company values through professionalism and respect

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with computers and hotel technology systems
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma required (college preferred)
  • 1+ year hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed

Performance Expectations

  • Participate in quarterly performance reviews
  • Maintain strong attendance and accountability
  • Contribute to positive guest satisfaction scores
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
