Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Your energetic and professional demeanor will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in process while providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously while directing calls efficiently
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude, striving to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and process check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service, ensuring each visitor’s needs are met with enthusiasm and care
  • Support front desk operations by managing incoming mail, coordinating with housekeeping staff, and maintaining a tidy reception area

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Previous experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike
  • Ability to stay energetic, organized, and attentive during busy periods or night shifts
  • A genuine passion for hospitality management and delivering outstanding guest experiences

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
