Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression of the hotel. You’ll help create a welcoming experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

This role is great for someone who is reliable, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable using computers and multitasking
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

No hotel experience required — we will train the right person

Schedule Options

We are currently hiring for:

• Morning shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Overnight Shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
