Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office
This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests, so it is important to create a positive impression and ensure guest satisfaction.
