Overview

Interaudi Bank, a private boutique bank located in midtown Manhattan, has an immediate opening for a PART TIME FRONT DESK AGENT – flexible hours. $20 per hour.

The opportunity offers you the chance to work with banking professionals in a corporate setting, to gain valuable hands-on experience for resume building.

College students welcome!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting clients and visitors
• Manage and route incoming phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a polished front desk area
• Support general branch administrative functions, including filing, and mail distribution
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and correspondence

Qualifications

• Availability to work part-time during standard business hours (days are flexible)
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Bilingual (Spanish, French, Arabic) a plus but not required
