<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
• Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
• Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations, safety, and security

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations within a hospitality or hotel environment
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel management software systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Demonstrated guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed for coverage
