Front Desk Agent/Concierge

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes for clients, ensuring accuracy in reservations.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing appointment schedules.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining records.
• Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the building.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support building management.

Skills

• Previous experience as a concierge is preferred.
• Strong clerical skills with proficiency in computer literacy and office software applications.
• Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Experience in front desk operations or office management is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
