About the Position
- Greet all members and their guests
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Assist with check-ins, reservations, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and valet for smooth guest experiences
- Maintain an organized front desk and handle petty cash transactions
About You:
- A friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests
- A customer-focused mindset—you enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using computers for reservations and basic administrative tasks
- Reliable and detail-oriented, especially when handling transactions and guest requests
- Flexible Schedule
You May Be a Great Fit If:
- You have experience in front desk reception, guest services, concierge work, administrative support, or restaurant hosting.
- Your background includes customer service, hospitality, or office administration.
- You take pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and attentive experience for others.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
