Our organization is continuing to grow, and we are seeking a Bilingual Front Desk & Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) to become part of our team. As a highly respected diagnostic imaging provider, we are committed to delivering advanced medical imaging services alongside outstanding patient support. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, helping create the welcoming and professional experience our center is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a Welcoming Experience
Assist patients and guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Manage Patient Communication
Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls while providing accurate and helpful information.
Coordinate Appointments Efficiently
Schedule, verify, and organize patient appointments using internal scheduling platforms.
Insurance Verification & Authorizations
Confirm insurance eligibility and support the completion of necessary authorization paperwork.
Maintain Accurate Records
Update and manage patient information while complying with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Administrative Support
Perform general office duties including scanning, faxing, filing, and document management.
Deliver Outstanding Patient Care
Respond to patient inquiries with compassion, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
Must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages.
Previous Healthcare Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, reception, or healthcare call center setting preferred.
Insurance Experience Preferred
Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations is highly valued.
Excellent Communication Skills
Professional, courteous, and confident both over the phone and in person.
Organized & Patient-Oriented
Able to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and provide excellent service to patients.
