JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Alizadeh Patient Navigator: Front Desk and Social Media Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Front Office

REPORTS TO: Executive Director

JOB SUMMARY: Top New York area plastic surgeon is looking for an energetic, highly self-motivated We are a busy, high-end plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care and natural, beautiful results. We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Front Desk and Social Media Coordinator to elevate our front desk and digital presence and grow our online community. The right candidate must be poised and professional, and excited to help sell the value of our practice, providers and procedures to patients over the phone, and in person. Attention to detail is a “must” for scheduling appointments, selling products and services, and performing support to the team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
  • Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
  • Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.
  • Maintain retail inventory.
  • Engage patients in retail sales.
  • End of day paperwork and balancing daily intake of funds.
  • Create engaging photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, educational posts)
  • Capture in-office procedures, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content (HIPAA compliant)
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with promotions and events
  • Write compelling captions with strong calls to action
  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube accounts
  • Schedule posts and maintain consistent posting cadence
  • Monitor comments and DMs (coordinate with patient care team when needed)
  • Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports
  • Promote special events, new treatments, and membership programs
  • Assist with email marketing content when needed
  • Research trends within plastic surgery and aesthetics

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

● Hourly Wage starting at $27 per hour based upon education and experience

● Incentives: Commission monthly based on sales goals

● Schedule: 5 day work week, hours varied based upon practice & patient needs

● Health Insurance: yes, after 3 months for fill-time employees
