Front Desk and Social Media Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk and Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage front desk operations including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
  • Curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase online visibility
  • Analyze web traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Proofread all content before posting to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency

Experience

  • Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools
  • Experience with social listening tools and social media marketing strategies
  • Ability to create compelling content including photography and video editing skills, a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of public relations principles and relationship management techniques
