We specialize in personal training, group classes, sport-specific training, and youth & teen performance programs. We believe athletes lead better lives—and we created Paradigm to help them get there.
We're currently looking for a Front Desk Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and brings great energy into every interaction. You’ll be the first face our clients see when they walk in the door, and the person who keeps the front-of-house running smoothly.
You’ll thrive here if:
- You’re naturally warm, welcoming, and great with people
- You take initiative, anticipate needs, and love being two steps ahead
- You can multitask like a pro and stay cool under pressure
- You have a strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time
- You’ve got a problem-solver mindset and aren’t afraid of tech hiccups or printer jams
- You’re excited about being part of a community that prioritizes performance, connection, and growth
Not your vibe if:
- You're easily overwhelmed by juggling multiple tasks or people
- You wait to be told what to do next
- You don’t like to get your hands dirty (sometimes literally—we provide a towel service and are running loads of laundry constantly)
- You think "front desk" means "just answering phones"
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the go-to for welcoming clients and setting the tone for their visit
- Support coaches and the Office Manager with daily operations and projects
- Handle class check-ins, phone calls, and client questions with ease and professionalism
- Schedule all appointments and help manage classes bookings
- Keep our training center spotless and running smoothly
- Manage inventory of retail items and office supplies
- Ensure the Paradigm brand and culture is felt the moment someone walks in the door
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a “pitch-in wherever needed” mindset
- Tech savvy and comfortable troubleshooting minor issues
- Flexible availability (some evenings/weekends may be required)
- Bonus points for experience in hospitality, office management, fitness, or retail
