The Chiropractic Front Desk Specialist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive, welcoming experience. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, answering phones, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls, return messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Verify insurance and collect copays or outstanding balances.
- Input and update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Confirm appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling needs.
- Prepare necessary forms, charts, and documentation for appointments.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.

Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Support office-wide initiatives to improve patient retention and satisfaction.

- Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and therapies is a plus.
