Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is interested in long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and warmly
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide general information about clinic services
• Ensure all patient paperwork is completed correctly and on time
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous front desk or receptionist experience (medical office preferred)
• Experience with medical billing and insurance processing is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records

• Schedule: Morning, day, afternoon, or evening shifts
• Monday through Friday, some Saturdays
• Rotating shifts

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
