Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary:
- Set recruiting appointments and assist with onboarding new agents
- Market and coordinate leasing of the Bitters Event Centre for short-term events
Secondary:
- Assist Property Management with receipting checks, keys, and related tasks
- Collaborate with other Texas office coordinators as needed
Additional:
- Provide exceptional, professional service to all visitors, agents, clients, and vendors
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting walk-ins and managing incoming calls
- Monitor and route incoming emails, including vendor communication
- Process commission and rent deposits and issue receipts
- Coordinate team meetings, office events, and conference room scheduling
- Support marketing efforts for the event space (social media, vendor outreach, and community engagement)
- Schedule event bookings and coordinate cleaning services
- Maintain office supply inventory, including ordering and organization
- Assist with office equipment and general facility needs
- Learn and follow ERA Brokers Consolidated systems and procedures
- Support social media marketing across Texas platforms
- Assist the Broker with scheduling, recruiting, and vendor coordination
- Track onboarding progress and license renewals
Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of general office practices
- Proficiency with standard computer systems and office software
- Ability to operate common office equipment
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Job Details
- Position: Part-time
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Location: San Antonio, TX (in person)

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience (required)
