Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including typing documents and managing correspondence.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Social Media Knowledge.
- Experience with product sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, showcasing strong organizational capabilities.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
