Front Desk Associate

Job Summary

Nature’s Spa is seeking a personable, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their experience by creating a warm, welcoming environment and ensuring every client feels valued.

This is a fast-paced, client-focused role that requires strong communication, computer proficiency, multitasking skills, and an eye for detail. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, scheduling, and client records using our booking system
  • Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and upselling spa services
  • Support spa operations by assisting staff and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment
  • Contribute to social media presence and marketing efforts (familiarity with platforms and tools such as Canva is highly preferred)
  • Represent Nature’s Spa with a polished, professional, and service-oriented mind

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (spa, hospitality, or retail preferred)
  • Strong computer and organizational skills; experience with Meevo is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Weekend availability is required — candidates unable to work at least one weekend day each week will not be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
