- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with front desk software systems (e.g., property management systems)
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
