Role:

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team in Ojai. You must have the ability to build and maintain professional and meaningful relationships, with co-workers and guests. We interact closely with various clientele and our repeat guests are important to the health of our business. The hospitality industry is unpredictable, so you must be able to think fast, problem solve, and multi-task with a holistic approach of prioritizing guests, co-workers, and business needs.
Previous hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train.
