We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients & employees, ensuring a professional & welcoming office environment. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling communications, coordinating administrative services, and supporting daily office functions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a good command of Arabic and English, basic training in office administration (or equivalent), and 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome visitors, clients and guests ensuring a professional first impression
  • Notify relevant departments/employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate access
  • Answer, screen & direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously
  • Receive, stamp and distribute incoming mails and courier deliveries
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments
  • Maintain logs for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to concerned personnel
  • Manage and track helpdesk or admin service requests
  • Update and distribute regularly the internal telephone directory
  • Keep stock and distribute daily office material requirements
  • Monitor the servicing of office equipment i.e. copier and binding Machine
  • Purchasing of office materials and stationery and maintaining adequate stock
  • Company driver's assignments
  • Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned or required by the direct supervisor
