1. Greeting and Welcoming:
- Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide assistance and direction to customers as needed.
2. Answering and Directing Calls:
- Manage the telephone system by answering, screening, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
3. Customer Service & Billing:
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a courteous manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

4. Front Desk Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Manage appointments and reservations, if applicable.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
5. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
6. Cash Handling:
- Handle basic cash transactions, such as processing payments or providing change, if required.
7. Security and Access Control:
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the retail space.
- Follow security protocols and report any suspicious activities.
8. Multitasking:
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting with administrative duties.
9. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with both customers and internal staff.
- Relay important information to the appropriate personnel promptly.
10. Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

- Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and photocopiers.
