1. Greeting and Welcoming:

  • Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance and direction to customers as needed.

2. Answering and Directing Calls:

  • Manage the telephone system by answering, screening, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Take and relay messages accurately.

3. Customer Service & Billing:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Billing customers for service provided

4. Front Desk Operations:

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Manage appointments and reservations, if applicable.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.

6. Cash Handling:

  • Handle basic cash transactions, such as processing payments or providing change, if required.

7. Security and Access Control:

  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the retail space.
  • Follow security protocols and report any suspicious activities.

8. Multitasking:

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting with administrative duties.

9. Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with both customers and internal staff.
  • Relay important information to the appropriate personnel promptly.

10. Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

11. Technology Skills:

  • Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and photocopiers.
  • Familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

12. Professionalism:

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Uphold the values and standards of the retail establishment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
